Based in the North East of England, a market leader in the supply of masterkeyed cylinder locks and supplier of access control security systems. We have built our reputation and brand through delivering high quality innovative products and outstanding exceptional customer service. Our route to market is mostly through the architectural ironmonger / security provider although with some larger projects we do work closely with the end users, architects and main contractors to design modern security systems. Our products meet or exceed the highest international standards so, whilst we are a UK market leader, you will also find our products have been exported to other parts of the world and in particular the Middle East and Far East. Due to our ambitious growth plans, recent success and new product launches we are looking to target the specifier earlier in the project cycle.
Depending on the candidate’s location we are looking to fill a Northern or Southern position.
North – Northern England, Wales & Scotland
South – Southern England and Wales
To represent Access2 promoting our electronic locking systems to the specifier and occasionally the end user. These opportunities would then be fed down through to our channel customer base who are already managed by a team of Regional Sales Managers. The role will entail delivering sales growth through the building of a robust and effective pipeline which will ensure all area targets are met or exceeded.
- Proven previous sales/specification experience preferably within the access control market.
- Understanding of the specification sales approach
- Technical product knowledge – although full product training will be provided.
- Strong customer service ethic
- Strong commercial acumen
- Industry knowledge preferable
GAI qualification or MLA qualifications would be preferable but not essential.
