He held several prestigious positions, including Chairman of ARGE (European Federation of Associations of Lock and Builders Hardware Manufacturers), Chairman of the Door and Hardware Federation (DHF), and President of The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI). Through these roles, David influenced the industry with his vision, expertise, and unwavering dedication.

His commitment to the hardware industry was lifelong. David continued to work tirelessly up until his brief illness, demonstrating his passion and dedication to his field.
