To ensure a secure delivery, please provide your up-to-date mobile number and email at checkout and at order stage for all Tigris® products, so you receive SMS and email updates from DPD.

For added control, we recommend using the DPD App. It lets you choose delivery options such as collecting your package from the depot, specifying an alternative address, or scheduling a re-delivery if necessary. Learn more and download the app here.
